Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Memory at memory.npclocal.com, operated by North Point Computers ("NPC", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

What we sell

Memory sells custom 2-inch square photo magnets, printed from images you provide, in packs of 1, 5, or 10. The 10-pack ships 11 magnets (10 + 1 bonus). Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and includes the magnet, the print, paper, and the cut. Texas sales tax is added at checkout.

Order and pickup

Memory is currently pickup-only. There is no shipping. You pick up at:

• Our booth at any active fair near Alice, TX where Memory is set up, OR
• The NPC shop at 1003 E. Main St., Alice, TX 78332 during open hours.

We do not print until your pickup location is confirmed. Show your order confirmation (email or screen) at the booth to claim your magnets.

Content rules

You may only upload photos that you own or have the legal right to print. You may NOT upload:

• Copyrighted material you don't own a license to (Disney characters, sports team logos, brand imagery, professional photographer's work, etc.)
• Material that depicts or sexualizes minors. We use automated moderation (Amazon Rekognition) plus a human review step. Any order flagged for child sexual abuse material will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, no exceptions.
• Imagery promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Hate symbols or harassment targeting protected groups.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order that violates these rules and to issue a full refund. We will not keep a copy of any rejected content beyond what is necessary to refer it to law enforcement where applicable.

Refunds

Our refund policy lives at memory.npclocal.com/refundsand is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The short version: if you're unhappy with how the magnets came out, we re-do them at the booth at no charge, or refund you in full.

Limitation of liability

Memory's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Texas governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jim Wells County or Nueces County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect that. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
