Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your magnets, we'll re-do them free at the same booth — or refund you in full. No forms, no hassle.
What counts for a refund
- Print quality issue — colors are off, photo is blurry, magnet has a defect.
- Cutting issue — magnet is crooked, edge is rough, dimensions are off.
- Wrong photo printed — the magnet doesn't match what you submitted.
- Order was never delivered — you paid but never received the magnets.
- You changed your mind before we printed — full refund, no questions.
How to request
The simplest path: tell the person at the booth. They can re-do or refund on the spot.
If you're no longer at the booth:
- Call (361) 668-0599 or email northpointcomputers@gmail.com.
- Tell us your order number (it's on your Stripe receipt) and what went wrong.
- If we need a photo of the magnets to confirm, we'll ask — but most of the time we don't.
Timing
- Re-do at the booth: while you wait, same day.
- Refund to your card: issued by Stripe within 1 business day. Funds typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What we can't refund
- Photos that printed exactly as you cropped them, but you don't like the crop. (We'll happily re-do these for $6/magnet at cost — just ask.)
- Orders where the issue is the upload itself (too low resolution to print well). We try to catch these before printing — if we did and you went ahead anyway, we can't refund. If we missed it and printed something blurry, that's on us — full refund.
How long do you have
30 days from your pickup date. After that we usually can't verify what happened.
